Rosemary Animal Sheller Ryan Lang, the director of the RosemaryAnimal Shelter in Cobb Georgia. Thy main goals of the shelter, which has several locations in the county, are to re, an dogs and cats and to find people Who will adopt them. The shelter was established Rosemary Hanson, who dedicated her life to rescuing pets and finding good homes for them.
.1: Residents of Cobb County generously donate money, food, and equipment in support of the she Some of these Patrons also adopt animals from the shelter. Ryan has created an Access database to manage information about the animals, patrons, and donations. Ryan now wants to create several queries and to make changes to the table design of the database. You'll help Ryan by complefingthe following steps:
1.               Open the Rosemary database located in the Access2 • Case3 folder provided with your Data Files.
2.               Modify the first record in the tbIPatron table datasheet by changing the Title, FirstName, and LastName column values to your title and name. Close the table.
3.               Create a query to find all records in the tblAnimal table for dogs that have been adopted. Display the AnimalName, AnimalGender, AnimalType, AdoptionDate, and Adopted fields in the query recordset. Sort by ascending order by AnimalNarne. Save the query as gryDogsAdopted, run the query, and then close it.
4.            Create a query to find all records in the tblDonation table in which the DonationDesc field value is not equal to Cash Donation. Display the Title, FirstName, and LastName, from the thlhatron table, and Donation Desc from the tblDonation table. Sort in ascending order by LastName. Save the query as qryNonCashDonations, run the query, and then close it.
5.            Create a query called qryNetDonationsAprilOrLater that will contain all fields from the tblDonation and tbIPatron tables except for PatronID and DonationID, for all donations that are on or after April 1, 2016. Sort this query by DonationValue in descending order. Save and run the query, and then close it.
6.          Create a query to display all records from the tbIPatron table, selecting the Title and Phone fields. Add a calculated field named PatronNarne that concatenates FirstName, a space, and LastName. Position this column as the second column, and sort the recordset in ascending order by LastName. Set the Caption property for the PatronName field to Patron Name. Save the query as qtyPatronNamo, run the query, resize the new column to its best fit, and then save and close the query.
