There are 10 essay questions for a total of 100 points (10 points each). Be sure to answer all components of the question for full credit. Questions are in chapter order, although not each chapter has a question from it.

        Describe 5 ways to deal with difficult people. Which one is the easiest for you to use? Why?

        Describe 5 ways managers can gain support for workplace change.

        List at least 5 things you have learned in this course and how each will help you personally and/or professionally.
